YOU are my #1 Priority. I pride myself on honesty and integrity and I know I work for You. As my client, I will provide you with a complete, concise report that is easy to read and reflects the actual condition of the home on the date of inspection. I have nothing to gain by "sugar coating" a report so you know your report will be Accurate, Thorough and Complete. You have some critical decisions to make and far to much at stake to hire an inexperienced Inspector who does not have your best interest at heart. I am on your side.
Inspection Day. On the day of Inspection I will arrive on time and wearing appropriate attire. I will climb in the attic, walk on the roof, crawl in the basement or crawl space and inspect every system within the home. I encourage you to attend. Most inspections take between 2 and 4 hours based on the size of the home and its condition. During the inspection I will answer any questions you may have and point out important maintenance items.
